Best Coast: Sunburns and Sunsets

It’s easy to see why the kids are clamoring for more Best Coast – the Los Angeles duo of Bethany Cosentino and Bobb Bruno – their music is sweet and simple, one part throwback to an easier time when we weren’t faced with imminent global meltdown, one part modern, cool and relevant.

With Cosentino on vocals and guitar and Bruno on the skins, Best Coast draw their inspiration from stripped down California pop of the sun, surf, garage, punk and beach variety, with melodies and harmonies so sweet they stick to the top of your mouth.
