STARS nous confie leurs endroits favoris à Montréal et nous parle de leur nouvel album

Originaire de Toronto, la formation STARS (Torquill Campbell, voix et Chris Seligman, clavier) s’est installée à New York, puis Montréal comme métropole d’adoption. Naguère porté vers l’électro-pop, le band est à présent orienté vers le pop rock grâce à l’ajout de trois autres membres : Amy Millan (voix), Evan Cranley (basse) et Pat McGee (batterie).

Contribuant grandement à l’explosion de la musique indépendante à Montréal au début des années 2000, STARS nous revient avec un septième opus le 14 octobre prochain : No One Is Lost, disponible en pré-commande sur iTunes.

C’est à leur studio de pratique et d’enregistrement situé au-dessus du feu Royal Phoenix que s’est échafaudé leur nouvel album.
